The room manual code will be the first 4 numbers of the house, + the year (*25)

The person who does the booking has to be the same one who shows up on the day of the check-in (unaccompanied minors will be welcome at their parent’s request). Parents can book for kids 16 and older, by contacting us through Airbnb.

The person must have a valid working phone number

Each Room has a desk.
The guest must wash the dishes when used.

Quiet time after 11 PM. (*23 Hrs).
Please leave the house in the condition you found it.

Laundry-Room rules:

Hour rules: 10:45 AM to 10:45 PM (Start the machine Maximum 8:30 PM).
At 9:45 PM turn Off and the dryer takes 1 hour more.

Smoking is allowed outside, the persons who smoke can smoke on the patio.

The room has a queen bed for 2 persons.

The house has 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms we are renting 2 rooms and 1 bathroom; that share with then. *This listing is for 1 Room. We will wash or change the duvet, sheets, and towels and clean your room.
